NOTICE OF INTENTION

REMOVAL OF HOLDING

To amend Township of Alnwick/Haldimand Zoning By-law 19-2019 under Section 36(1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended

RE:    2420 Shelter Valley Road

Part of Lot 12, Concession 3

Geographic Township of Haldimand, now Township of Alnwick/Haldimand

          Owner: Marion Trumble Estate (Tom Trumble)   

          Our File No.: Z-12-2023

The Council of the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand will consider a by-law to remove the holding symbol from the above noted lands at their meeting on September 24, 2024.

Purpose and Effect of Proposed Amendment: 

The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment applies to lands located at Part of Lot 12, Concession 3, geographic Township of Haldimand, now the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand, owned by Marion Trumble Estate (represented by Tom Trumble). A Key Map is attached showing the location of the subject lands. 

The purpose and effect of the zoning amendment is to amend Zoning By-law 19-2019 to remove the holding symbol “H” from the “Special Rural Exception No. 153 (RU-153)” zone.
